be tested in Ether Castle!
Capturing Territories
Ether Castle is the most coveted Region of Territory Wars. Access cool mount/pet!
To control Ether Castle you must have an alliance of level 4 or higher that currently controls one of the 3 main regions. Speak to the Local Agent of the region you control for a Proof of Dominance, then go to the Ether Castle Agent in Pokari City to register.
Registration for Ether Castle Begins at 20:00 Wednesday nights and ends at 24:00 Thursday nights. On Saturdays, prep time for the defending Alliance begins at 17:00. During this time, teleportation service is unavailable. The battle for Ether Castle Begins at 18:00.
If you beat the defending team in an Ether Castle battle, your alliance will take over the Ether Castle and the alliance sign above your head will flash different colors!
Important Details
1. After dominating Gaap Lands, Gallio Kingdom or Ziminian Domain for over 48 hours, the dominating alliance leader will get a Proof of Dominance from the current Local Agent.
2. After getting the Proof Of Dominance, you can register at the Ether Castle Agent, and bid to queue.
3. After a challenging Alliance has been selected, the Ether Castle territory war will be taking place between 18:00 to 21:00 SAT.
During 18:00 to 19:00, each time the alliance leader gets online, he will get a system message to activate the Territory War.
If the Alliance Leader choose to start the war, all alliance members will be teleported into the Battlefield. You can either choose to enter the battlefield at the Ether Castle Agent.
The current dominator of Ether Castle will also get the teleportation message.
If the challenging alliance leader did activate the war during 18:00~19:00, the war will be started at 19:00.
The dominating alliance leader of the Ether Castle will get 50 tradable EC Friendly Pass during 00:00~17:00 SAT. A neutral player can enter the battlefield as a mercenary of the defending side with the EC Friendly Pass.
A neutral player can also enter the battlefield war as a mercenary of the attacking side.
All neutral players who entered the battlefield will have a "Mercenary" prefix before their names.
4. The battlefield will be Ether Castle. Each side has an own starting point. Their goals are to eliminate the protector of the opponent side.
They also have to keep at least one of the normal territories.
If the defending side defeated the attacking side, but lost all their normal territories, the Ether Castle will become unoccupied.
When the Ether Castle is not in war time, even the dominating alliance lost all their normal territories, they still have the dominance over Ether Castle.
If the dominating alliance of the Ether Castle changed its leader or get dismissed, they will lose their dominance.
The defeated side will only be able to enter the war again next week as mercenaries. They can only start another territory war the week after next week.
5. During peace time, the Dominating alliance can make preparations for incoming war.
The defending alliance can deploy as many as 50 Heaven Arrow Towers to help defend the castle. Use the Ancient Engineer Shovel, which can be obtained from Ethermaid of Cloud, on each construction spot to build.
The defending alliance can build 4 resource structures in their garden. These structures will automatically boost vital resources for war upgrades.
All structures might be destroyed during war. The attacking soldiers can get items or money from the droppings.
After the war ended, if there is a new dominator, all structures will be removed; if the defending side won, all structures will be kept.
6. Ether Castle Map
Attacking Side (Challenging Alliance + Mercenaries) will start from Platform of Unicorn.
Defending Side (Current Dominating Alliance + Mercenaries) will start from Garden of Wonders.
There is a resource area at each starting point. The storage of each is 5000 units.
There is another resource point bear each side, with a storage of 10,000 units. It is vital in grabbing resources.
All those resources can only be gathered after taking the quest from own NPC, Grongon Banner or Zaax Banner. After collection, give the resources back to the NPCs. Besides, the two NPC will also sell powerful items.
There are also some Etherstream on some floating islands. The attacking side can get an artifact from them. It does great damage to Zaax.
The defending structures will be built in the main battle area, Violet Cloud Palace
The resource building for defending side will be locatedin the Garden of Wonders.
7. The alliance leaders can help the war by purchasing war upgrade.
In the upgrade tree in the right hand, each button will summon an NPC that gives own side the corresponding Buff. Before you click on a button:
The will only be 1 NPC for each updrage family, which will be the last summoned one.
All buff will be permanant during the war, unless the player dies or logged off.
* The central button: If the situation is getting tight, you might need a turn. Just click on this button. The attacking side will summon a powerful weapon in the Hallway of Deities, and the defending side will summon it in the Orient Palace.
The war upgrades is only for current territory war.
You can click on the "Instance Message" to call up the war upgrades interface.
