Marriage

Both characters that wish to get married must be over level 30.

The two characters should form a party and acquire the marriage quest from the Matchmaker in Pokari City. The couple will be married after finishing the special quest.

To finish the marriage quest, the Marriage Packs are required. The packs can be purchased in the NPC Shop and drop the marriage license in high-level adventures.

At the end of the special quest, you and your partner will be married, and both will receive a special title.

When you get married, you also complete the Wedding Bells achievement and can teleport to your partner using the Lover's Memento item.

The Lover's Memento item can only be obtained from the NPC Matchmaker.

The Matchmaker offers special quests for those seeking to find a partner and socialize in ESO.

Below is a list of three unique quests he offers, each worth exploring in detail:

Happy Marriage - Marriage becomes available starting at level 30. To get married, you must be in a party with a player of the opposite gender, and both players must possess a marriage license.

[Daily] Fairy Tale of the Moon/Star - You will receive a Moon or Star matching your level and gender. You have 24 hours to trade it with a player of the opposite gender within the same level range as you.
The reward is a Bag of Money (higher levels receive more money: Levels 86–105 earn 25 gold, 15 silver, and 10 bronze) and additional prizes for completing the Fairy Tale of the Star/Moon quest and according to the player's level he will receive:
* 20 to 40: 1 Wheel of Luck Lottery
* 41 to 70: 2 Wheel of Luck Lotteries
* 71 to 105: 3 Wheel of Luck Lotteries.
This quest can be completed once per day.

[Daily] Flowers of Love - This is a very special quest that can be quite challenging for the unwary. To accept the quest, you must be in a party with a player of the opposite gender, and the male character must be the party leader.
Only the male character can access the quest, and upon obtaining it, the female character will receive her part of the mission. Both players must carefully read the quest details and cooperate to complete the mission successfully.
At the end of the quest, both players receive useful supplies and 1 Essence of Love!

Whenever you complete the mission with your partner, you will receive a Essence of Love. This item can be used in the Matchemaker's shop.

You can get unique mounts, wings, and even fashions that can only be obtained from him.
